Security and quality assurances
Rigour centralise our data collection to ensure that we are able to effectively monitor and validate it.
All online panel data is from double opt in, quality assured panels globally. Thorough checks are built into the technology platform to continually validate and clean the data throughout the fieldwork period. Our telephone data collection meets Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) and ISO standards and all calls are recorded and all interviewers monitored on every project. Our face to face teams know that only validated data is accepted. Interviewers are monitored in field.
We hold ISO27001 data and information handling and security and are a Market Research Society Company Partner.
We are fully GDPR compliant and registered with the Information Commissioners Office.
