Recent projects have included face-to-face interviews with farmers in South Africa, car buyers at clinics in China, and health providers in Peru for face-to-face qualitative depth interviews. CATI projects have included large manufacturers across Mexico, mobile phone users in Nigeria, mortgage customers in London and bulb growers in the Netherlands.
Online projects include senior executives across North America, children for toy brand-awareness tracking in Japan, and pet owners for an IHUT in France. IVR proved successful for interviewing global conference attendees in Australia; SMS solutions were used to reach energy customers cost-effectively in the UK.
